Biography
Marc B. Schuley, Esq. is an associate with Sellar Richardson, P.C.
Marc attended Drew University in Madison, New Jersey where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science. Marc subsequently pursued his Juris Doctorate at the Hofstra University School of Law where, under the tutelage of Roy D. Simon – Chair of and Chief Reporter for the New York State Bar’s Committee on Standards of Professional Conduct, prepared and edited Ethics publications.
Marc concentrates his practice in insurance defense litigation. Marc has handled matters inclusive of claims involving personal injury, product liability, property damage, consumer transactions, professional responsibility, construction defects, environmental contamination, chemical exposure, and equine activity liability including the matter of LaPlace v. Brier, 404 N.J. Super. 585 (App.Div.2009) involving the doctrine of conversion. Marc has argued numerous matters in the New Jersey and New York Appellate Divisions. Marc has also served as a defense arbitrator on personal injury claims.
Marc defends clients in cases involving personal injury, discrimination, wrongful termination, commercial transactions, construction defects, contracts, consumer fraud, warranty, collections, and subrogation.
Marc is a licensed attorney in New Jersey and New York, both State and Federal, having practiced for 22 years.
