David Della-Badia

Mr. Della-Badia is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Mr. Della-Badia concentrates his practice in insurance defense, personal injury, insurance law, real estate, criminal law, municipal court/motor vehicle, and matrimonial law. He has extensive civil trial experience having tried numerous cases to verdict in the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has acted as both a municipal prosecutor and municipal public defender and has also tried several DWI’s and motor vehicle offenses to verdict.

Mr. Della-Badia is admitted to practice in New Jersey (1995), the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Della-Badia is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, Morris County Bar Association, New Jersey Defense Association, and the Defense Research Institute. In 2007, he was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve a four year term on the District V–B Ethics Committee.

Mr. Della-Badia received his B.S. from the University of Colorado and his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School.
